'President Joe Biden was between a shot and a hard place. In the end, he chose humanity. ... Ultimately, making vaccines more available will benefit Americans, since nobody is safe from Covid until everyone is,' writes StCollinson | Analysis

This was excerpted from the May 6 edition of CNN's Meanwhile in America, the daily email about US politics for global readers. Click here to read past editions and subscribe. The World Health Organization, countries like India and South Africa, and many within Biden's own Democratic Party have long called for the temporarily loosening of pharmaceutical giants' patents on Covid-19 vaccines.

His position was especially delicate since he had promised to share vaccine technology with other countries during his campaign, and he is already being accused of not doing enough to help poor nations get quick access to vaccine stocks. It was a moment for leadership, and not just because of the terrible human toll of the pandemic abroad. Ultimately, making vaccines more available will benefit Americans, since nobody is safe from Covid until everyone is.

StCollinson He chose the easy sound bite. Choosing humanity would involve spending $ to ramp up production by people who know how to do it. This is virtue signaling at its dumbest and most counterproductive.

StCollinson more availability comes with some conditions?

StCollinson More than 200 murdered by the police in Colombia. In this video we can see plainclothes policemen with firearms. These policemen infiltrate and kill protesters during the protests. Then they create the version about alleged terrorism of protesters

StCollinson He chose an empty, meaningless gesture that does not change anything for anyone at risk. He could've chosen to pay for vaccines for everyone from CIA budget.

StCollinson That's total bullshit. There are certain groups of people who were NEVER in any measurable danger from the China virus, and any decent epidemiologist will tell you, except Phony Fauci. Yet, those same people were forced to wear a damn mask, get vaccinated, miss school, go broke.

StCollinson It’s a depopulation plan. These MRNA vaccines will start killing everyone in approximately 1 or 2 years.

That means we give up our future. ylanmui Should announce wavering intelligence of Trump supporters.
