Americans are still cautious about July 4 celebrations and travel, new polls show

conducted June 9-14 among 810 respondents found 54% of respondents plan to attend a July 4 barbecue this year, while 18% will go to a parade and 26% will go to a professional fireworks show.

Those responses are all lower than in 2019, when 69% planned to go to a barbecue, 28% a parade and 51% a professional fireworks show. Respondents were nearly evenly divided on whether they plan to travel this summer—48% say yes and 49% say no—as opposed to 62% of respondents in a Monmouth poll last year who said they planned to travel in summer 2020 before the pandemic hit, and only 5% say they’re planning to travel outside the U.S.

Only 15% say their lives are now “completely back to normal,” however, with 62% saying it’s “somewhat back to normal” and 23% “not yet back to normal at all,” and 40% believe their lives will never get back to how it was pre-pandemic. While 46% believe their life will eventually get back to normal, 53% of those respondents believe it will likely take until 2022 or longer for that to happen, while 47% believe it will come within the next few weeks or months.29%. That’s the percentage of Gallup respondents who said they believe the Covid-19 pandemic is “over” in the U.S. While most demographics are still far more likely to believe the pandemic is still ongoing—including among every age group and in every region of the U.S.

Then why are the planes full, hotels booked, and highway jammed with traffic. Guess the pollster only called the masked glovers who are at home.

Christianity is just an extension of the temple of Cesar’s comet. Julius Cesar was awarded the title of perpetual savior “JesusChrist”. A comet passed after they killed him and the people said he had resuscitated. Mythological laws and ideologies must end. Cults need education.

Another disingenuous headline

Not my experience travelling.
