Helix Charter High, Cathedral Catholic entre los que cambian de planes porque muchos empleados y estudiantes están dando positivo en las pruebas.

El director de Helix, Kevin Osborn, anunció que la escuela impartirá clases en vivo a través de Zoom a partir del miércoles, el primer día de regreso de las vacaciones de invierno, hasta el viernes. La escuela espera reabrir el lunes.

“Los desafíos en curso relacionados con el COVID son frustrantes para todos, especialmente después de un semestre de otoño relativamente normal”, dijeron los líderes de Cathedral Catholic en una carta a las familias el miércoles. “Tenemos la esperanza de que volveremos a la normalidad el lunes y continuaremos durante el resto del semestre de primavera”.

Muchos distritos escolares que reanudaron las clases el lunes o el martes dijeron que aún no han tenido que cerrar las escuelas, pero que están supliendo a los profesores ausentes con sustitutos o personal de la oficina central.
