Thanksgiving weekend produced its fair share of drama in college football, but there were few changes in the Amway Coaches Poll.
The top two remain unchanged as Alabama and Notre Dame both handled their ranked opponents. The Crimson Tide dominated Iron Bowl rival Auburn and easily retain the No. 1 spot with 59 of 62 first-place votes. The Fighting Irish clamped down in the second half to get past North Carolina and hold on to the No. 2 position, picking up a pair of No. 1 nods.
There was a change after the first two. Clemson, which finally got back on the field after an open date and a COVID-19 postponement, overtakes Ohio State for the No. 3 spot. The Tigers took charge quickly against Pittsburgh and seem headed for a rematch with the Irish. Ohio State, which had to cancel its game at Illinois, slides to fourth but is still getting a No. 1 vote.
AmwayUS WeAreAFCA Ohio State ranked above Florida.. they have played nobody and refuse to play any games. This is a joke. Well guys, there you go, even your team can be in the top 4 during week 13 being literally 4-0 if you rake in enough cash.
