Spot on. Most of the domestic airlines in India has not refunded, instead they've created a separate credit shell valid for an Year. This is without the consent of any authorities & it's gut wrenching by coercing the air passengers by accepting their terms and conditions.
It should be the same worldwide, but unfortunately some Airlines canceled flights without any refund
