Airbnb has plan to fix pesky cleaning feesPretty much everyone hates Airbnb cleaning fees — those pesky charges tacked on to your vacation rental bill that supposedly cover the costs to get the place ready for the next visitors. Now, Airbnb has a plan to fix them. It really doesn't matter. The landlord needs to cover their cleaning costs, as a clean rental is primary for biz. So they either get rid of it and raise the nightly rate, or keep it and show it on a line item. Either way you're going to be paying it. I guess I'm happy to eliminate the cleaning fees is the tenant doesn't want clean towels, sheets and a pre-used bathroom and wants to show up to a pile of dishes..... Don’t have to change them. Simply show the actual full total per night instead of the bait price. Airbnb works about as well as you’d expect when both the hosts and guests are massive pieces of 💩
