A woman who allegedly coughed on a baby no longer has her school district job

Oak Grove School District in San Jose announced over the weekend that the woman, whom it did not identify, was no longer an employee with the district."We want to inform our community that the District employee who was alleged to have engaged in this conduct is no longer an employee of our District," the district said in a statement.

Where is the assault charge?

If she did that to my grands I would have punched her in the face! Orange is not my color by no means but she used a lethal weapon and deserves a good ass whooping!

Some people really do deserve to be cancelled.

This woman is disgusting and that was a MURDER ATTEMPT on a helpless baby that can’t defend him/her self. As far as I’m concerned. She needs jail time YESTERDAY!

Who does that? Why are people acting so immature and indecent these days? Where are our manners, our decency, our honor, our integrity, our class? I am horrified that the gene pool has become this diluted! People need to act better. This is disgusting...

Let’s hope she never works with children again.

I’m positive there’s a teddy bear surveillance video of this lady shaking and slapping the kids she was babysitting.
