I've been doing MD (apparently the green version) since March. I feel amazing, it's easy to follow and down 25 lbs. Definitely going to continue it throughout 2021. 👍
This diet’s not working for all the people in the Mediterranean. I’ve been to several of the countries there & the people are kind of THICK & the women have moustaches.
