.

Shane Lee Brown is now asking for at least $500,000 in damages. Brown, 25, had finished work on January 8, 2020, and was driving in Henderson, Nevada -- 14 miles outside of Las Vegas -- when Henderson City Police officers pulled him over, the lawsuit, filed in US District Court of Nevada, details. Were they blind?

Get their eyes tested

I’m, lawsuit!!!

this doesn’t make any f sense

He was sitting in that cell like..Hmmm..couple of days in here.. Ok suckers…🤩💲💲💲💲💲💲Thank You!

To be fair, let’s not forget: Less than 13% of the US population (African Americans) commits just over 50% of its violent crimes. If some profiling, or racial biases exist, let’s be honest here…the black community doesn’t do itself any favors 🤷‍♂️

BobEngland19 your brothers at it again.

That’s the model country.

That's wickedness

Based on all of the comments, I can tell no one actually read the story and chose to read CNN's race baiting headline and nothing else. The guys had the same name people! The black dude didn't have ID and his name was the same as the white felon.

...and pigs fly too. Mis identified, my a--.😒

Obviously he look like the other one. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Look like twins 🙄. Come on!

Wow 😮 Just terrible.

Does someone need glasses?

That lawsuit tho 🔥🔥

I can see the resemblance 🧐

Do people think this could actually happen?

They could be twins. It's uncanny.
