• Demi Moore, 56, just posed naked on the October cover of Harper's Bazaar.
  • According to Demi's trainer, she's previously done yoga, core exercises, and bicep curls and lunges to stay fit.
  • This past May, however, she admitted that she hadn't exercised in over four years while trying out The Mirror workout.

Hollywood is packed right now with women who look straight-up amazing in their 50s—and you can add Demi Moore to that star-studded list. The 56-year-old actress just posed naked for the October cover of Harper’s Bazaar, and she looks so, so fit. Even while crouching over, her abs look insane (which, how?!).

In the interview, written by Lena Dunham, Moore covers a bunch of stuff, including her marriages to Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher, as well as her love of collecting dolls and toys (she has rooms packed with them, by the way!). She also addresses her struggles with addiction and her ongoing sobriety, which she achieved her in 20s, lost in her 40s, and got back again before she turned 50.

“In retrospect, what I realized is that when I opened the door [again], it was just giving my power away,” Moore said. “I guess I would think of it like this: It was really important to me to have natural childbirth because I didn’t want to miss a moment. And with that I experienced pain. So part of being sober is, I don’t want to miss a moment of life, of that texture, even if that means being in some pain.”

While the actress gets serious in the interview, she also seemed like she had a ton of fun during the photoshoot and video on Harper’s Bazaar website. In the video, she twirls around in a gorgeous pink dress, smiling, and showing off her super-toned legs.

Moore didn’t get into how she looks so strong in the interview, but her trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche previously told InStyle that she does yoga, focuses on her core, and regularly does exercises like bicep curls and lunges.

The star also follows a mostly raw, vegan diet with lots of organic vegetables, fruits, green juices, smoothies, and soups, according to Celebrity Health Fitness.

This past May, Moore did admit on Instagram that she hadn’t worked out in "over four years," but has started to get back into the metaphorical gym with The Mirror workout. “My maiden voyage with @getthemirror 15 min at level 1. That’s doable after not working out for over 4 years right? I am stalling!” she wrote.

Well, apparently those Mirror workouts have paid off.
