MakeIt Imagine if construction workers said this

MakeIt Just do it. Not a great deal and less unemployed should be the outcome!

MakeIt People are more productive with four day work weeks because they are more happy and less stressed...this should have been implemented decades ago...

MakeIt Employers wish - you’ll be lucky to get people in the office 2 days a week moving forward.

MakeIt Does this imply they also accept a 20% pay reduction?

MakeIt 3 would be better

MakeIt I support a 2 day work week

MakeIt We do this in our office. It’s perfect! You get that day off to run your errands, make appointments, or just have some down time to do nothing. 😁

MakeIt 74% or office workers work from home. 🤦‍♂️

MakeIt Four 10 hour days? Certainly they don't expect to work 32 hours and get paid for 40.

MakeIt thanks

MakeIt Less money to spend on stuff for people to work a full week to make and sell?

MakeIt I think people not having to commute to a 8/5 work week would be less stressed...no traffic, sitting in boring and often unproductive meetings as well as too much time away from families...would be (and are) happier and therefore more productive.

MakeIt shocking. People would rather work 4 days vs 5 days? Doubt they would support it if they got a 20% pay cut though..

MakeIt I feel like this article was misleading. It did not say if a 4 day work week meant 10 hour days.

MakeIt 'Microsoft’s workforce in Japan recorded an almost 40% jump in productivity levels after experimenting with a four-day workweek in 2019 as part of a wider project to promote healthier work-life balance.' 10hrs/day with more focus? More time with family? Why aren't we doing this🤔
