Rubbish. I suggest wearing a CGM when eating this food to see for yourself the effect on glucose control. But, if you’d like to progress to Type 2 diabetes then this is the food/meal for you. Shame on for promoting this crap.

'grind them into flour' so they get digested and absorbed faster, so your blood glucose rise rapidly and feel the palpitation in your heart and maybe sleepy right after. 'Healthy & Balanced' meal for most people that sit behind a computer all day 👍

Oats are so much more than just a breakfast *stable* If you are a horse. Otherwise, they aren't a good idea for an overweight, obese population.
