None were traveling together and only one adult experienced mild symptoms of the virus while the others did not.

Six Americans, four vaccinated adults and two unvaccinated minors, tested positive for COVID-19 after traveling on a Royal Caribbean cruise, the Associated Press reported.

None of the vaccinated adults were traveling with each other. According to the Royal Caribbean spokeswoman, Lyan Sierra-Caro, only one adult experienced mild symptoms. The two minors were in the same group but not traveling with any of the adults who test positive. Sierra-Caro said they were also not experiencing symptoms.Six Americans, 4 vaccinated adults and two unvaccinated minors, all tested positive for COVID-19 after traveling on a Royal Caribbean cruise. Royal Caribbean Group says it requires passengers who are 16 or older to be fully vaccinated and provide a negative test for COVID-19 before boarding, and children who aren't old enough for the vaccines must test negative. All crew are fully vaccinated, according to the company.
