According to USGS and the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network, over 140 households across Western WashingtonThere have been no reports of injuries or damage from the shaking. Earthquakes between magnitudes of 3.0 and 3.9 are considered minor, according to PNSN, but can still be felt indoors, especially on upper floors of buildings.
