Jennifer Aniston (star of the small screen, big screen and, let's face it, queen of our hearts) has just shared her go-to breakfast smoothie. And, we've got to admit, it looks pretty tasty. The Vital Proteins ambassador whipped up a blended brekkie that combines fruit, almond milk, collagen powder, greens and caffeine – everything she needs to stay awake and alert until lunchtime.
In fact, Jen An's entire morning routine is pretty wonderful. She meditates, journals, sips on some amped-up coffee, walks her dogs and spends the first hour totally screen-free.
Then, when it's time to break her fast, she focuses on healthy fats and greens, blended with 'lots of ice' and fruit. Here's exactly how she makes it.
Jennifer Aniston's go-to breakfast smoothie recipe
Jen's favourite smoothie (and the one she's making here) is a blend of:
- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen Peptides
- Cherries and Banana 🍒🍌
- A few drops of Stevia
- Antioxidants
- 1 cup of ice
- Spinach
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Matcha powder
- Spoonful of almond butter
