Oprah Winfrey is kicking off the New Year by challenging her family, friends, and fans to improve their health and fitness—with the help of WW (formerly Weight Watchers). In a recent Instagram video, the 67-year-old entrepreneur shared that her goal was to drink more water this year, and she's already on track by using her favorite water bottle.

The water bottle fit for Winfrey’s standards? It’s the WW half-gallon water bottle and it comes with a slew of cool features.

“WW this year has instituted this way of helping us, another tool for helping us to stay hydrated,” said Winfrey. “We all know that staying hydrated is the way to health and your best life.”

Featuring motivational time-tracking marks, a removable strap, and a carrying handle, this reusable 64-ounce bottle will help you get eight glasses of water in each day. It’s made from Tritan, a more sustainable material than traditional plastic, according to the brand. Plus, the sipping cap snaps close, making it easier to avoid spills and the cap can easily be removed for cleaning. It also has a wide opening that allows you to fill up the bottle with ice cubes or fruits to add flavor.

“Just made it to H2O oh baby...that was supposed to be 10 a.m. and it’s already 1:30 p.m., okay I got to get to drinking,” said Winfrey.

The brand also emphasizes how essential water is to weight loss. In a statement on the site, the brand claims that hydration is key to every weight-loss journey and that the water bottle can help you hit your water-tracking goals.

“Calories in versus calories out is still essential, but how much water you drink plays a huge role in determining what side of that equation you come out on,” said Leah Kaufman, R.D., a dietitian with NYU Langone Medical Center’s Weight Management Program in a previous interview with Prevention. She has all of her patients download an app, like Waterlogged or Water Drink Reminder, that reminds them to drink continually throughout the day. “Drinking enough water is so easy to forget, but it’s critical to weight loss success.”

Customers are also loving the water bottle, giving it a 4.5-star rating.

“I bought this because my gallon size jug is just too big to take everywhere and I need this to help me get my water in,” wrote one satisfied customer. “I'm up to drinking three of these every day. I love the handle on the side and the strap, which makes it easier to carry around.”

“I love this jug. It holds 60 ounces and has a sturdy handle. It challenges me to drink my water,” added another reviewer.
