Grammy Award winner Cardi B is living the dreams of many fans these days and meeting some of Hollywood's hottest leading men. In a recent post to social media, Cardi shared a five second video of herself at a party with Twilight's Robert Pattinson. She posted the clip on Friday, writing in the caption, “Look who I met the other day! I felt like a teen!”
The clip starts with Cardi fixing her hair in the camera before she suddenly says, “Come on. Look at my friend, guys,” and then pans over to Pattinson. She squeals with excitement like a school girl and he sticks his tongue out at the camera with a smile.
The clip came from an event on Thursday honoring British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful, People reports, and it was hosted in the UTA Artist Space in Beverly Hills. There were quite a few stars in attendance who Cardi could have shouted out, like Gabrielle Union, Salma Hayek, Serena Williams, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, Tracee Ellis Ross, Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber, and Jesse Williams. But her focus on the new Batman shows she's a fangirl at heart.
Cardi recently had another “oh my god” moment over a well-known actor who first got famous in teen media: Penn Badgley, who rose to fame for his role on Gossip Girl and who is now better known as Joe Goldberg on Netflix's You. A Twitter fan of them both tweeted out a clip where Badgley is talking about how he admires Cardi B's online presence and authenticity.
She saw it and freaked out, writing, “OOOOMMFFFGGGGGG HE KNOWS ME !!!” and hilariously adding, “OMMMGGGG!!!!!!Yoooo like I’m famous famous.”
