Former Playboy bunny Bridget Marquardt has sensationally claimed she was visited by the ghost of her ex Hugh Hefner while she was in the Playboy Mansion.
Bridget Marquardt, 48, one of Hefner's many flames, claimed to have seen a ghost of the Playboy founder following his death in September 2017.
In the October 13 Dark House podcast episode, titled 'Is It Haunted, or Is It Hollywood? The Harlow/ Bern House', Marquardt went into detail about what she claimed to have happened.
Marquardt claimed Hefner came to her shortly after he died aged 91 from sepsis, brought on by an E.coli infection.
The model added: "He said, 'My darling!' and he put his arms around me. I could feel the hug. I could feel his smoking jacket. I could smell his cologne. It was so real."
But, that was not the only occasion when Marquardt said she believed she experienced supernatural events and described a supposed encounter with a ghost in her bedroom.
The Girls Next Door star shared her experience on the Dark House podcast and said she spotted the specter while she was in her Playboy Mansion bedroom with her friend and sister.
Marquardt told the podcast's hosts: "All of a sudden, out of the corner of all of our eyes, we saw a woman standing in my closet area.
"And there is no exit out there, and I'm on the second floor, and there's no other doorway in my room."
She continued: "She had black, long, and kind of stringy hair. She was very pale, very skinny, wearing a white t-shirt that looked way too big on her, and she had on...like black acid-washed jeans, and she was just standing there staring."
When her friend saw the supposed ghost, Marquardt said she started to cry while her sister was in shock.
Marquardt claimed the supposed ghost then vanished almost immediately, but that she did recognize it as being a "social secretary." who she had previously met at the Playboy Mansion during a photoshoot.
The reality TV star continued to tell the hosts that when she came to live with Hefner several years later that she learned the woman had died from cancer.
Marquardt added: "I'm pretty sure that it was her, standing there, and I think that she came to see the new addition to the mansion."
Referring to the pet that she had adopted that day, Marquardt said: "She came to see the new pet."
