Simone Biles Shows Off Her Engagement Ring and Double French Manicure

Simone Biles put a colorful fall twist on one of our favorite nail trends: the double french manicure. "I'm obsessed," the athlete captioned a photo of her new nails on Instagram Stories on Oct. 26. With her fall wardrobe fully in action, Biles decided to give her fingertips an autumnal makeover with a hot-chocolate-brown manicure complete with marshmallow-white accents.

While we've seen the trend in sunny yellow, soft pastels, and vibrant neon colors, Biles's seasonal twist on the double french manicure is one we'll be sharing with our nail technicians ASAP. "Thank you for your trust! Thanks for finding me! We are happy to serve you," Biles's nail artist captioned a photo of them together at the salon in July during another manicure appointment.

Biles's nail shots also gave us another glimpse at her massive engagement ring, given to her by her fiancé, Jonathan Owens. Since the engagement, Biles has accentuated the sparkling piece of jewelry with a variety of french manis, including her glistening supermodel nails that she showed off by the pool earlier this month.

This isn't the first time Biles has proven she's a fan of the double-french-tip trend. While competing at the Tokyo Olympics in August 2021, Biles rocked a sporty french manicure with traditional white tips and outlines in the five colors of the Olympic logo: red, yellow, blue, green, and black. The colorful manicure was an award-worthy choice for the Olympic gold medalist, and her latest iteration of the design is another winner in our beauty books.
