Telemedicine Survey During COVID-19
In the past year, there has been about a 154% increase in telehealth visits, highlighting the need to better understand telehealth practices and services. Telehealth is defined as the use of information-based communications and technologies systems to exchange medical information and services, diagnose and provide advice about a treatment, and improve a patient’s health status across geographic distances, rather than via direct face-to-face contact.

We are a group of two students at Princeton University collaborating with Dr. Gupta, a physician and researcher. Completing this survey will provide valuable information to better understand telehealth. We hope this research project will inform people on the current state and prevalence of telehealth in medicine while aiming to improve telehealth in general. The projected time to complete this multiple choice survey is 5 minutes. Your time is greatly appreciated.

Please feel free to send this survey to other medical doctors/dentists, and we will be sure to send you our research findings and report. If you have any questions, feel free to contact rkulchar@princeton.edu and/or ksc4@princeton.edu. Again, thank you very much for your time.
