Coachella will be back in 2022 after being canceled two years in a row. Festival fans who've missed their annual trip to Indio, California, will be delighted to know that Coachella is set to go ahead next year, and will take place over April 15-17 and April 22-24, 2022.
Music fans who purchased tickets for the canceled 2020 festival can be assured that their tickets will roll over and that they'll automatically be sent new wristbands for 2022.
However, those who missed out on securing tickets back then have a chance to get in on the action when tickets go live on Friday. Find out below how to register for the Coachella advance sale which will go live on Friday ahead of the public sale.
Coachella 2022 Line Up
The official Coachella 2022 festival lineup has not yet been announced. However, organizers have implied that they're reaching out to artists previously confirmed for the 2020 festival, according to Nylon.
The canceled 2020 Coachella lineup included Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott, Frank Ocean, Thom Yorke, Lana Del Rey, Calvin Harris, Run the Jewels, FKA Twigs, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Lil Uzi Vert, Megan Thee Stallion, Disclosure, 21 Savage, Flume, DaBaby, Brockhampton, Swae Lee, Charli XCX, Big Sean, Carly Rae Jepsen, Lil Nas X, City Girls, Big Sean, Weyes Blood, Orville Peck, Denzel Curry, Caribou, and Fatboy Slim.
Coachella Ticket Prices
Coachella's general admission tier one tickets will cost $449, tier two tickets will cost $474, and tier three tickets will cost $499. VIP tier one tickets will cost $929, tier two tickets will cost $999, and tier three $1,049.
Camping tickets start from $102 while ready-to-go accommodations prices start from $2,331. There are also add-ons available like shuttle passes, preferred parking, lockers, and posters. Keep in mind that these listed prices do not include fees.
How to register for the Coachella Advance Sale
Coachella fans hoping to buy tickets can register now to access the 2022 advance sale which begins on Friday, June 4, at 1 p.m. ET.
To register for a purchase code and link to buy passes, festival fans have to enter their details, including, name, email address, and phone number. Registering does not guarantee passes and the ticket inventory is limited.
Those who register will be sent unique purchase codes and a link to purchase tickets via SMS and email on the morning of the advance sale (June 4). Every code is unique and can only be used once, and if someone loses their code, they can enter their mobile number at prereg.coachella.com to access it.
The code will only be valid until the public sale, which starts at 5 p.m. ET on June 4. Be aware that only three-day tickets will be available and customers can buy up to four tickets per weekend.
