The initial list of showcasing performers at next year's 36th annual SXSW Music Festival was released on Wednesday and it includes Blackstarkids, Ezra Furman, Surfbort, Horsegirl, Aeon Station and many more. After going virtual in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the iconic music gathering will take place in Austin, Texas from march 14-20 at dozens of venues around town.
The first of a planned series of announcements revealing this year's performers is a typically eclectic roster of acts from around the globe, including Anavitoria , Chaii , Duma , Yalla , Poppy Ajudha , Priya Ragu and Y2K92 .Among this year's showcase presenters are: British Music Embassy, American Dreams, The Legendary SOB.
