‘I’m desperate to go to Canada as soon as I’m able to. A few years ago, I had a 24-hour stopover in Toronto when travelling to the West Coast, USA, and I fell in love with the city. The people were lovely and welcoming, the shopping was excellent and I have been dreaming about the maple-syrup pancakes I ate that day ever since. I would love more than anything to go back – and explore the rest of the country while I’m at it.
