A 19-year-old man was found with a fatal gunshot wound in Far East Dallas on Wednesday night, police said.
Dallas police were called about 5:40 p.m to 11200 block of Woodmeadow Parkway, near the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, where they found Juan Jairo Toran inside a vehicle.It is unclear if he was shot while inside the vehicle.
