You go to meet your first bride of the day, Charlotte. She tells you she's looking for a ball gown to wear to her "Cinderella"-themed wedding. Which dress do you pull first?

Charlotte loves the dress you pulled! However, she wants to know if you could add sleeves. Whom do you bring in to help her?

After working with the alterations team, Charlotte is pleased to say yes to her dream dress. Next, you go meet your next bride, Karly Lynn, her 17 bridesmaids, and her mother. She asks you to show her dresses with a sweetheart neckline. Which gown do you pull first?

Karly Lynn and her bridesmaids absolutely love the dress you chose! However, her mother, Karyn, thinks she should try a dress that a different bride is currently wearing. How do you address the situation?

Karly Lynn loved the similar gown you showed her so much that she bought it immediately. Next, you go to meet Willow, who tells you she hates dresses. However, her fiancé, Avalon, wants them to wear matching gowns. What do you recommend?

You show Willow a few jumpsuits, and she loves each one more than the last. She and Avalon order matching sets for both the ceremony and the reception. Randy is impressed with your work so far, so he decides to assign you to Quinn, who is an influencer. She wants a blush wedding gown. Which one do you bring her?

Quinn loves the dress, but she wants to see a tea-length gown in a more classic color. What do you grab from the stockroom? 

Quinn decides to go with the first dress. She promises to give you a shoutout on Instagram. Next, you go to meet your final bride of the day, Shawn. Her request is simple: She wants a dress designed by one of Kleinfeld's exclusive designers. Which label do you pull?

She can't believe you didn't know that blush meant light pink. As she turns on Instagram Live to complain to her 10 million Instagram followers, Randy swoops in and quickly escorts you away. However, Quinn's followers guilt her into making a public apology, and she gets you your job back.

 Quinn livestreamed you getting fired!

You gave Willow a few dresses to try on, but Avalon could tell right away that she wasn't happy. Together, they decide to wear matching jumpsuits instead. Their appointment time is up, so they leave with their $250,000 budget. 

 You got fired because you couldn't sell anything to Willow!

The person you brought over to help you directs Charlotte to the alterations department before filing a complaint about you. A day later, they have a change of heart and apologize to you over Facebook Messenger.

 You got fired for wasting other people's time!

The dress you picked out for Quinn was too short to be tea length. She vlogs herself buying it, but later, she complains about her experience on her Instagram story. Randy fires you, but after Quinn's followers guilt her into making a public apology, you get your job back.

 Quinn complains about the boutique on Instagram and gets you fired!

Shawn is so excited about her gorgeous new Pnina gown that she goes to tell Randy himself how incredible you are. He's very impressed, and so are the show's producers. They assign you your own camera crew so that they don't miss a moment of your bridal consultant magic.

 Randy praises your excellent performance!

The gown you brought the bride did NOT have a sweetheart neckline. Before she can say anything, her extremely loyal and incredibly angry bridesmaids chase you out of the appointment. Impressed with your own speed, you decide to take up running, and you end up becoming an Olympic sprinter. 

 Karly Lynn's bridesmaids ran you out of the boutique!

Charlotte tells you that the dress you picked out is pretty, but it isn't what she asked for. Randy overhears, so he steps in and quickly dismisses you. He reminds you that a ball gown flares at the waist. He says that if you study up on your wedding gown terminology, then he'll give you a second chance. 

 You got fired for bringing the bride the wrong kind of dress!

Karyn and the other bride got into an argument, and when she can't get the dress she wanted, she tells Randy it's all your fault. Karly Lynn apologizes on her mother's behalf and offers to get you an interview at her friend's up-and-coming design firm.

 Karyn had you fired!

Shawn is disappointed when you don't bring her a Pnina Tornai gown. All she wanted, after years of watching "Say Yes to the Dress," was a dress created by the boutique's most iconic designer. Luckily for her, however, Pnina herself overhears and steps in, offering to create a custom gown for Shawn. While Shawn goes to call her fiancé, Pnina quietly dismisses you. However, the YouTube video you make about your experience goes incredibly viral, and TLC offers you your own show.
