Stacey Solomon has made her own 65p wedding favours.

The Loose Women star, 31, has embarked on the detailed planning of her ceremony amid the coronavirus restrictions.

Traditionally wedding favours have been handed out as memorable gifts from the bride and groom as a little thank you to their family and friends attending the ceremony.

Stacey admitted even she doesn't know how big or small her wedding to Joe Swash will be because it will depend on the coronavirus guidelines at the time.

The cleaning blogger gave her four million Instagram followers a step-by-step guide to how she crafted her wedding favours.

She said: "I bought a few make your own coasters. They're really cheap when you buy loads but I just bought a few to see if they're nice and then they can be ok the wedding tables and people can take theirs home as a memory."

First off, Stacey started by sourcing some empty coasters from ebay for 65p each as she bulk bought 20 for £13.

In her Instagram stories, she revealed she typed in "clear round coasters to fill".

Then the mother-of-three gathered together some fake eucalyptus, only using the very top of the leaves because they're smaller.

She advised her fans to buy them in bulk from a wholesaler, amazon or ebay.

To finish it off, the singer shared her plans to add a label to make the wedding favours "more special".

She told fans: "Done - I love them. I love that they'll all be different. I'm only making a handful of things at the moment to see if they work. Also because we don't know how many people we will be aloud (sic) but I do love these."

She added: "I'm definitely thinking of a label will finish them and make them more special. Something like this, what do you think?"

It's been a whirlwind few weeks for Stacey as she got engaged to Joe, got planning for her wedding underway and she's got her new book Tap To Tidy coming out.

The mother-of-three said yes when the Dancing on Ice star popped the question during a woodland walk with the boys.

Stacey and Joe have been going steady for five years.

They have a little boy Rex together who brings together their children from former relationships.

Stacey also has sons Zach and Leigh while Joe has his son Harry.
