Cardi B is definitely known for her over-the-top bold nail looks by now — but this weekend, the "WAP" rapper took a break from the ultra-long, crystal-studded styles, and instead went for a low-maintenance look that's one of her simplest manicures yet. Oh, and it just so happens to be perfect for the holiday season ahead.

The 28-year-old singer shared photos of her fresh manicure — a sparkly forest green look without any fancy appliques — on Instagram, first on her grid via a video in which she's wearing matching green eye makeup, and then on her Story, too. In addition to going for a solid-color look without any accessories, Cardi also opted for a decidedly shorter style than she normally does. It's possible that this is for nail health reasons, though she didn't specifically comment on it so there's no way to know for sure. Regardless, it's refreshing to see the star spice it up a bit.

Unlike the majority of Cardi B's manicures, this one is beyond-easy to recreate at home using products you likely already have in your collection. First, if your nails are long enough, file them into a classic oval shape — then apply a base coat before going in with a sparkly dark green polish, such as Zoya's Nail Polish in Ivanka or ILNP's Polish in Fir Coat.

Additionally, if you want to take the look up a notch, you can add some chunkier glitter on top. Essie's Set in Stone and Orly's Nail Lacquer in Glitter Bomb are both excellent options that will make your nails look even more festive.

Thanks, Cardi B, for the killer holiday nail inspiration. We'll definitely be doing this manicure at home, stat.
