Stacey Solomon has opened up about her ongoing battle with anxiety in a series of honest clips on social media.
The mum-of-three admitted that some days she feels a lot more anxious than others, and turned to fans for help.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Stacey penned: "Good morning. How are you this morning? I feel so anxious today... Like I can't get a full breath.
"It's so annoying. The more I try the harder it is so I'm going to try and keep busy and not think about it.
"Do you ever feel like you've forgotten how to breathe? And then start thinking how do I breathe normally?"
Stacey went on: "How have I been walking around just breathing without thinking all this time? Anyway I'll stop talking nonsense.
"I hope you're all ok today, Happy Monday. Keep breathing," alongside a laughing emoji.
Stacey then went on to share a clip of her breathing, before saying: "Where is that breath though? Where's it gone?"
She added: "At least I know I'm not on my own. I'm going to try the 5 things challenge that loads of you have sent me. So I'll try to find 5 things I can see, hear, taste, touch and smell. And then I'm going to take Theo and Rex for a little walk, and hopefully that will help."
After taking fans' recommendations, Stacey raved about the results on her Instagram.
"I actually really enjoyed doing this," she wrote. "Thank you for recommending it. It's definitely stilled my mind for a minute and I concentrated so hard I forgot my breathing for a moment.
"If you're feeling anxious I definitely recommend giving this a go."
The songstress lives at home raising her three boys with the father of her youngest son Rex.
Stacey and Joe Swash have been romancing since 2015 and they raise all the kids together happily.
Joe also has a son from a previous romantic relationship, completing their family unit.
