Charlamagne tha God is sharing his thoughts on 50 Cent endorsing Donald Trump after seeing Joe Biden’s tax plan.
In a conversation with Fox Business‘ Lisa Kennedy Montgomery, the Breakfast Club co-host admitted that the President’s reaching out to Black voters is beneficial to his campaign. “Reaching out and advertising directly to young Black male voters, yeah, it’s effective because we don’t get courted,” he shared.
“But it doesn’t change the way that I feel, because unlike 50 Cent, I can’t pick racism and bigotry and fascism,” he continued. “I can’t choose that over my finances. My finances might just have to take a hit. We got to get that fascism out of the White House. I’m not mad at 50, honestly, 50 just said out loud what a lot of people were thinking. When I saw that, I thought that. I didn’t think I would vote for Trump, but I was like, Jesus Christ, I live in New Jersey and work in New York. I’m getting hit in both states. ”
Earlier this week, 50 Cent shared a photo of a TV screen that showed the top tax rates in California, New Jersey, New York State and New York City for Americans earning more than $400,000 a year, according to the tax plan proposed by the Biden Administration.
“WHAT THE F*CK! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT, F*CK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway,” he wrote. “I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f—ing mind.”
