Mandy Moore and her husband Taylor Goldsmith are the latest celebrities to announce they're expecting a baby this year. "Baby Boy Goldsmith coming early 2021 💙" Moore captioned her pregnancy announcement Instagram, featuring her and Goldsmith posing together. This will be both Moore and Goldsmith's first child.
Goldsmith and Moore got married in 2018. On their first wedding anniversary, Moore wrote a gushing tribute to him. "A year ago I married my favorite person in the world and I still pinch myself over whatever magic brought us into each other’s lives. You continue to set the bar high for the rest of the world (as a partner, brother, son, bandmate, friend, etc) and I am the luckiest for knowing, loving and being loved by you. Moore spoke to People in October 2017 about how she met Goldsmith, the frontman for the band Dawes, through Instagram. “I took a picture of their album and posted it on Instagram,” she said. "Somehow, Taylor saw it and sent a note to me. We started emailing back and forth, then we went on a date and the rest is history. Thanks Instagram, for helping me meet my fiancé!”
“I feel incredibly understood and supported,” she said of Goldsmith and the relationship they built. “I feel incredibly lucky to have somebody who is like, ‘I got your back.’ I found the right person and I feel like we can handle anything together.”
