Beyoncé Sent Megan Thee Stallion Flowers After ‘Savage’ Hit No. 1: ‘Thank You Hotties’
Megan Thee Stallion got a bouquet of flowers from Beyoncé after the duo's remix of "Savage" hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
What’s the best way for to celebrate your first No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100? How about a flower arrangement from Beyoncé? That’s how Megan Thee Stallion popped champagne this week when her collab with Queen Bey, “Savage,” hit the top of the tally.
“HOTTIES WE ARE NUMBER 1 ON THE HOT 100 FOR THEE FIRST TIME EVERRRR WE F–KING DID IT thank you GOD this is our first but it damn sure won’t be our last ! I love y’all so much HOUSTON WE GOT ONE,” she wrote on Instagram along with a copy of the Hot 100 ranking.
She got plenty of other love in comments from everyone from Lil Nas X (“LETS GOOOOOOO! CONGRATS MEG!!), producer J White Did It (“We did it!!!!!! I’m proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!), Lizzo (“H-TAHN BAYBEEEEE), Stefflon Don (“Aye aye aye”) and Juicy J (“Congrats!!!!).
The song bounced from No. 5 to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart this week after previously reaching a No. 2 high after the arrival of its Bey-blessed remix, becoming Meg’s first Hot 100 leader and Beyoncé’s seventh.
