"Same me. Few new stories," Graham captioned the post. The photo showcased the model in the nude, covering her breasts and unapologetically capturing her stretch marks for all to see.
Graham has offered previous insight into becoming a mom, having shared that she opted for an at-home, natural birth for baby Isaac's delivery.
The model and her husband also shared a first look at their newborn on an episode of Graham's YouTube podcast, Pretty Big Deal. During the episode, the couple reminisced about meeting Isaac for the first time and later brought the newborn out for his world debut.
