for study, according to NASA.Because it uses infrared technology, Webb must be kept cold to be able to detect heat, which will allow the telescope to give scientists a look at the parts of the universe that are obstructed withdust and gasand have never been seen by humans.
The Webb mission is designed to last at least 5 and a half years, NASA said, but could last as long as a decade. For the last time on Earth, the James Webb Space Telescope opened its primary mirror in May 2021 at... Watch the James Webb Space Telescope glide to its deep-space parking spot todayNearly a month after launch, the James Webb Space Telescope will arrive at its deep-space celestial destination today.
Webb telescope reaches its final destination far from EarthThe ambitious observatory has arrived at its home — near a gravitationally stable spot called L2 — for a premier view of the Universe.
The James Webb Space Telescope has reached its new home at lastThe most powerful telescope ever launched still has a long to-do list before it can start doing science. This is very exciting It has to cool down before it becomes the coolest space dood ever created. We are impatient but have all our time to wait all discovery 🧐🐸🙄
NASA's James Webb telescope is about to arrive at an exceptional point in spaceThe telescope will arrive at Lagrange point 2 on Monday, where it will drift 930,000 miles away in Earth's shadow. L2 Hi, I am a structural engineer from Iran who have many ideas. I have summarized some of my ideas on my twitter(I suggest look at the idea of generating electricity by gravity). I want to work with companies and investors. Do you want to cooperate?
