Zouma's brother Yoan, who plays for Dagenham and Redbridge, pleaded guilty to one offence following an RSPCA investigation. The brothers' addresses have been withheld following a court order. The court was told about disturbing footage of the incident, which was filmed at the West Ham player's home and posted on Snapchat by his brother on 6 February.Zouma could be seen volleying the Bengal cat across his kitchen, before throwing a pair of shoes at it and slapping its head.
Prosecutor Hazel Stevens told the court that Kurt could be heard saying: "I swear I'll kill it, I swear I'll kill it."Yoan admitted one count of aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring his older brother to commit an offence.
West Ham sucks!
He should get an hour locked in a cage with an hungry lion, let’s see him kicking that cat.......
Convicted of slapping a cat in the country that cares more about it's pets than children starving in the poorest parts of the world. A country where racism abounds and there's a paedophile on every street corner.
the only suitable punishment: public hanging
Animal abuse defenders incoming in the comments…
Rubbish!!! Us we beat and use it for relish at the end.
