Former Love Island star turned Made In Chelsea regular Zara McDermott has hit out at the "vile and toxic" trolls who claimed she's "anorexic".
And she took to Instagram again on Friday to hit back at accusations she is underweight, after one follower suggested that the 5ft 6in TV personality weighed just 7st 7lbs. She continued: "It's about balance! As I have said before, I am naturally slim, but because I was in such a huge calorie surplus and eating so much, the poor quality of my diet overrode that!"And the reason for that was because she suffered a stroke, her arteries were so clogged up from such a poor diet which caused it.
Sharing an impassioned post on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday morning, Zara said: "I think it's entirely unfair to call me 'anorexic'. "When I lost body fat. It accentuated that of course. I weigh a completely healthy BMI, will not apologise for eating healthier, making wiser choices and exercising four times a week.
