It comes after Warwick District Council unanimously backed the move to put the plan to a public vote - in what is a UK first.

Warwick_DC Every morning there are queues of council workers driving into the little town and then at 4 they all drive out. There's your air pollution.

Warwick_DC No for one reason, it would never be enough for the eco warriors we could pay £10 and they will still not be happy and cause mayhem everywhere they go

Warwick_DC Yes i would pay £1 more but it wouldn't solve the problem. I do admire Warwick_DC for using his initiative though which is more than the government are doing. If climate change is to be tackled successfully it has to be a worldwide effort.

Warwick_DC No. It's time businesses started selling carbon neutral products. Stop pandering to governments. We pay enough.
