The likelihood of getting their jobs 'taken' as well as the earnings gap are both because of the kind of jobs they're more likely to choose. It's not oppression and there's no one to blame but the women choosing those jobs

Women do more of the jobs that an industrial robot could do faster, more efficiently, and (ultimately) cheaper? That doesn’t sound like a very enjoyable work experience for them.😕

Except... There is no pay/wage gap. It is illegal to pay people less based on nothing but biological sex or gender. The gap exists because of hours worked, willingness to work weekends and overtime, willingness to travel, occupation, and agreeableness, among other things.
