Woman, 104, arrested at care home by police to fulfil bucket list wish

The care home described the day as"magical", writing on Facebook:"Anne got her wish to be arrested at the grand young age of 104 for being a good citizen!! It's something that she has always wanted to experience."Anne has been at the home for 10 months and is regularly visited by her granddaughter Sasha, and once worked as a secretary at the Robertson's jam factory.

"This all started when I received an email for the charity. We're part of the neighbourhood policing team, this is our beat, this is the most unusual request we've ever had certainly."It explained that she'd never been in trouble with the law, she's 104 and she would just like the experience of being arrested, was so I emailed back saying 'yes, were happy to be on board'.
