It’s a cold.

Headache that won’t go away even with painkillers, extreme fatigue, sleeping 18/24 (normal is 5/24), loss of appetite, sneezing and runny nose. Two weeks later and still have fatigue and loss of appetite. This may be milder but it’s still miserable and incapacitates you.
