I was tested prior to a management training course. I couldn’t be arsed completing the questionnaire so I generated 300 random numbers. I used these for yes/no replies. During the course I was assessed as typical for my Myers-Briggs profile.

Pointless - the results are never used in a helpful way.

What's wrong with star signs? They've been around a lot longer and are absolutely accurate.

Grouping people into categories may be convenient for various purposes (usually involving money or power) but, in fact, we are all individuals and should be treated as such.
