A man has been arrested after a woman died following an altercation in Halifax.
Police were called at 2.16am on Sunday to Silver Street after reports of an incident which left a 26-year-old woman unconscious.West Yorkshire Police said a man, also aged 26, was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.AdvertisementAnyone with information should contact West Yorkshire Police on 101.
