About a month ago some of the wellness podcasts and Instagram accounts I follow started to go decidedly off-piste.
This is not a new phenomenon or sudden escalation, and the author is either incredibly naive or disingenuous in the tone chosen here. 'Wellness' has long been a synonym for 'alternative medicine' and has shared the anti vaccine, anti science and pro conspiracy mindset.
