An urgent appeal has been launched by West Midlands Police for information about the teen called Batsheba from Stechford, reported BirminghamLive. The teenager has now not been seen for nearly two days having disappeared on Tuesday morning and her family are concerned for her safety. New stop and search powers, tougher sentences for blocking highways and scope for restrictions on noisy protests also fell victim to the mauling of the police, crime, sentencing and courts bill on Monday night. Batsheba is described as 4 feet 7 inches tall with very long black hair. ‘I’m extremely proud to be from the Bronx and I have lots of family and friends who live and work there still,’ the 29-year-old said in a statement to CNN . She was last known to be wearing a black coat, a white tie and grey trousers. Peers criticised not only the measures, but also the way they had been introduced at such a late stage of the passage of the Bill, after it had already gone through the House of Commons. Police have said that anyone who may have seen Batsheba, or if you have any information that could lead to locating her, they they should call 999 quoting the reference MPBE/592/22. The girl, who can no longer be named due to a murder charge being laid, had been holidaying with family at Wildenstein Private Gardens in Mount Wilson west of Sydney before she was reported missing on Friday.

In a tweet issued shortly before 9pm on Wednesday evening, police said: "Can you help find Batsheba?
