BRITAIN'S first acid killer has been convicted of hurling toxic liquid at an innocent mum in a row at a cinema - just weeks before fatally dousing another woman who had just visited her daughter's grave.
She thought she had been hit by hot coffee when she first felt a burning sensation in her hands and feet until she saw the acid melting through her blue sock. He is currently serving 17 years in jail for the manslaughter of Joanne Rand, 47, in June, 2017 - three months after the attack on Ms Vaidhya.
