As yesterday’s question-and-answer session was concluding, there was an awkward moment where lead impeachment manager Adam Schiff tried to prevent fellow manager Jerry Nadler from delivering the final word. Supreme Court chief justice John Roberts read the final question from Democratic senator Amy Klobuchar, and Nadler then strode to the podium to speak as Schiff tried to get his attention, repeatedly saying his name.
Mitt Romney is a petty, flaccid elitist. In hindsight, a 2016 Romney presidency is now unimaginable. Anyone who would vote for Romney over Trump would vote for a Democrat over Romney anyway. America is not going to revert to a Pre-Trump mindset. There is only forward.

Whether you are for Trump, or against, the idea of a 'fair trial' without witnesses and evidence is incongruous with itself. It means if he 'wins' that the 'other side' will get to shout out that the trial was a sham. It won't solve anything for either side.
