Too early to consider UK's lockdown exit strategy, says Raab

Just heard on the news that South Korea is still in lockdown? My son is in Seoul and I can say they are not in full lockdown and never have been. Schools and Universities have been closed and no large groups. But restaurants are still open, he’s allowed to go out and meet friends
