A six-year-old girl suffered burns and was "chlorine gassed" in a poorly maintained swimming pool at a Thomas Cook hotel, it is claimed.
Our story just gets worse. We have now been informed that was Thomas Cook had no insurance in place to cover our legal claim which means that there is no realistic way of securing payment if Isabelle’s claim was to succeed.
