Editorial: The French president’s time in office has been beset by crises. As a deep post-coronavirus recession looms, the biggest one is yet to come

in response to planned pension reforms – a traditionally neuralgic issue in French politics – brought Paris to a virtual standstill during much of December and January. The Guardian view on Facebook and democracy: real and present danger | EditorialEditorial: Political advertising is banned from being broadcast on television or radio. Unless Facebook changes, it may be time to extend this prohibition to social media Mark’s the ~worst~ When the Guardian fails to inform its readers of the connection between global pedophilia rings and western intelligence agencies it can no longer claim the high ground required to condemn another platform. You are derelict in your duty and complicit through your omission. Facebook's recent attempts to ban hate speech are heavily used towards the left - rightwing and crypto-Nazi opinions do not violate their standards but criticism of those very Neck opinions do! Zuckerberg appears to be as clueless about politics as he is life.
