A TERRORIST who plotted a devastating bomb attack on the UK using a driverless car from his pal's chippie has been caged.
The 24-year-old was in the early stages of testing small explosive devices with chip shop owner Andy Star, who was later cleared in court. The terrorist was branded "a very real risk to the safety of our communities" who was "preparing for acts that may have resulted in loss of life". Cops searching Salah's bedroom at a community centre found black powder, while raids at the Mermaid Fish Bar in Chesterfield turned up gunpowder.
