STRICTLY's Mike Bushell revealed his weight loss and painful bruises after Katya Jones put him through his paces during rehearsals.
Katya first praised Mike, 53, and said he is "not the tallest or the strongest" in the competition but said "you'd be surprised at what he can do." Katya, 29, pointed out the set of orange and purple bruises that tracked his inner bicep and even his lower arm, as presenter Zoe gasped in shock.Mike winced, and moving the subject along, Zoe continued: "You've already lost half a stone already - amazing - already on your way to the six-pack!"
